In its August 2021 report on city surveillance and security, the British technology website Comparitech ranked Chongqing as the world's top city with 257,890 CCTVs.

In the battle between nations, classes and human individuals for the right to speak in the virtual digital domain at the expense of the privacy of residents, "Big Brother" is given a new metaphor by the characteristics of the times, His presence will continue to tear away the privacy of citizens beyond carbon-based life, and monitor the ubiquitous "Freedom Avenue." The attribution of citizens' right to privacy needs to be urgently addressed.
If the willingness of the population to escape surveillance brings about an increase in crime and violence, I believe that this is not the purpose of "anti-surveillance"; on the contrary, how to ensure the safety of citizens' activities while undermining CCTV surveillance will be the main topic of this project.

I try to intervene in the machine learning Adversarial-YOLO2 algorithm to help pedestrians and animals escape from CCTV target detection, and use the CNN adversarial neural network of STYLE GAN to operate on street facade datasets in dense urban surveillance areas.

The resultant images are used as a street paradigm to enhance the accessibility of indoor-outdoor transitional spaces that are naturally monitored by the human eye, ultimately forming open neighborhoods composed of "street eyes" as pioneered by Jane Jacobs in "The Death and Life of Great American Cities", in order to realize the return of citizens' right to privacy.
